Talents
Talents represent benefits that a character can draw on, separating them from other individuals. A character begins with three Talents. Each Talent must be taken from a different category (Background, Belief, Martial, Natural, Psychic, or Sorcerous). The character then may purchase a single Talent from any category. Each time the character attains a new level of Growth, they may purchase one additional Talent. Talents cost 1 DP for mundane characters, or 3 DP for a character who has taken a Bloodline or Race. A character can not purchase Natural Talents after Growth 1. A character can create a new Talent for 15 DP, and gains the Talent when they next allowed to take purchase a Talent.
