The character concentrates on a target and makes a Social + Presence roll against the target’s Resolve. If successful, the character locks away the target’s higher mental functions, dazing the target. The target is not helpless, and can defend themselves if attacked, and if in a dangerous situation will try to rectify it (swimming if in water, landing carefully if flying), but can not make any complex decisions for themselves and will stand in a daze if left to their own devices.
