Wounds inflicted by the character do not heal properly. Instead, the amount of Health the character would recover from any attempt to heal is reduced by one. This Power is cumulative, with each successful attack increasing the penalty against attempts to heal, with a maximum penalty equal to the character’s Might. If the victim’s healing rate is reduced to 0, the victim can not heal normally. If the rate is reduced to a negative number, then the victim’s condition will gradually worsen. All forms of healing are affected, including the use of the Medicine Skill, Psionic healing, Magical healing, Miracles, and the Regeneration Power. This Power remains in effect until the character is somehow fully healed.
