The character must see the person they wish to use this Power on. After this Power has been active, the victim can not help but think of the character from time to time, having the character manifest in their thoughts and dreams. The memories of the character may or may not be favourable, but the influence of the character is unmistakable. At any point after this Power has been used, the character can attempt to summon the victim by rolling (Social + Presence) against the victim’s Resolve as a Full Round Action. The character gains a number of Additional Successes equal to the number of Actions sacrificed that Round. If successful, the victim must find the character, using any means possible to get to the character. This is an urgency the victim feels, and while the victim may not know where the character is, they will have some inclination of which way to go. Any Rolls which do not aid in bringing the victim to the character have their Difficulty increased by the Successes of the Beckoning roll, while any Rolls which do aid the victim in getting to the character gain Additional Successes equal to the Successes of the Beckoning roll. Once the victim has reached the character (coming within 5 yards of the character’s presence and being acknowledged by the character), this Power’s effects end completely. At Growth 3 the victim suffers a -2 to Resolve to resist the summons. At Growth 5 the victim suffers a -4 to Resolve to resist the summons. At Growth 7 the victim suffers a -6 to Resolve to resist the summons.
