Tapestry Awareness

Balancers have an innate awareness of larger ripples in the Tapestry of Fate, though not with the focus of the Brotherhood of the Book. Any time a noteworthy event occurs (ie. the death of a major figure or many normal folk at once, an alliance between powerful factions/beings, etc.), they are peripherally aware that something transpired. At such a time, a Balancer may spend 10 Essence and roll Spiritual + Awareness to determine a general overview of the event including names of any major people involved. This is considered a miracle, and any bonuses that apply to Faith may be used with the roll.
The active use of this ability can be confounded in the same ways as Know Fate, such as by counter-scrying magics or or a person being Unfettered/apart from the Tapestry, but this will not prevent the Balancer from being aware of the events entirely.
