Note that where it says "offensive" spells and powers, it used to be illegal to use any spells/supernatural abilities on someone who was "unaware or unwilling." I rather prefer the old way, though it may mean in a lot of cases charges aren't pressed or cases are dismissed, simply because you *know* mind control can't be legal and it would take arguing to prove such qualified as "offensive." - Mika
