The character touches an object, and learns about the previous owner. The character makes a Spiritual + Investigation roll, with the Potency of the Gift determining how much the character learns. Each success requires one minute of concentration. Casual owners do not register using this Gift, unless they performed a drastic action with the object (such as a murder). For every additional Essence point spent, the character’s Growth is considered one higher for using this Gift, such as determining Potency, allowing the character to use more than 7 Successes.
