The character unleashes a wave that strikes everyone within line of sight, out to the maximum Range of this Gift. The character rolls Mental + Empathy. Anyone with a Resolve less than the Potency of this Gift are stunned and helpless, losing all Actions on their next Turn. This power affects friend or foe. For every additional Essence spent, the victims are helpless for an additional Round.
