The character concentrates on a target, making a roll using their Mental + Awareness against the target’s Defence. If successful, the target feels a weight slowing them down, reducing the target’s Speed by the Potency of this effect. In addition, this effect produces a Bulk equal to the Gift’s Potency on the target. If the target is reduced to a Speed of 0, they can not move.
