The character gains control of the wind, including speed and direction. The character can push winds up to a speed of Growth x 20 miles per hour, or drop them an equal amount. Those caught in a fierce enough wind may have to make rolls to keep their balance, while larger structures may suffer damage. The Difficulty of the rolls to remain standing is equal to the mph of the wind divided by 10, while structures suffer a number of Wounds equal to half the mph of the wind, reduced by Soak, each Scene.
