The character drives a person insane. The character rolls Social + Empathy against the target’s Resolve. The Potency of the effect determines how much Essence the victim must spend on any given Round to act normally. If the victim does not spend this Essence, they become catatonic, staring off into space. The victim may wander aimlessly, speaking of things which make no sense, or attack blindly of startled. The character using this Gift may spend 10 DP to make this insanity Permanent.
