The character can contact anyone they have touched in the past, and connect to their thoughts. The target immediately recognizes who the character is, and the two can then begin communicating mentally with one another. Communication is at a normal speaking rate, and only words are passed between the character and the subject. If the two do not have a language in common, this Gift does not translate. Sending a message to another is an Action, though gaining a message is not.
