Type: Action
The character can create water and ice. The water can be launched as a torrent, and the ice usually grows up from surfaces, encasing targets. Water can be used as a weapon, striking a target with a Damage equal to the character’s level in this Gift. To attack, the character must roll their Mental Attribute + Control Water against the target’s Defence. To capture someone requires a similar roll, but reduces their Speed by the ‘damage’ inflicted instead of doing damage – which is a number of Wounds equal to the character’s level in this Gift each Round from the cold.
