The character creates a state of fugue, preventing others from noticing or reacting to the character’s presence. While the character is cloaked, anyone attempting to notice the character must roll, suffering a loss of one success on the roll for every level of Cloak the character possesses. If the character attempts to attack while cloaked, they must roll Concentration at a based Difficultyof 5.
