Income Skill, Specialty Skill
The Skill to be able to create works of art. The character must choose one Specialty each time this Skill is taken. This Skill may only be used with a Specialty that the character possesses. If the character does not have the appropriate Specialty, the character rolls Unskilled. When creating a work of art, the character must first decide whether the work is created to be Inspiring (Spiritual + Artistry) or Popular (Social + Artistry). This is a Results Roll, to create a Potency. The character may spend Resources to augment this roll.

Craft Time
It takes a number of hours to create a work equal to the Hardness of the material being used, plus the Difficulty. It is assumed that the character will spend about eight hours a day on the work. If the character wishes to do more, they must make rolls using the Endurance Skill. The character may also reduce the Craft Time by one hour for each +1 Difficulty they accept. The maximum amount of hours that the character can reduce their Craft Time by is equal to the character’s Artistry Skill.
Inspiring
As a Full Round Action, a witness of the artistic work can make a roll using their Spiritual + Meditation Skill against a Difficulty of 0. The character gains a number of Additional Successes equal to the number of Actions sacrificed in the Round For each Success, the witness can gain one Essence. This may be done a number of times equal to the Potency of the work before the witness no longer benefits from the work of art. The Resource value of the artistic piece is equal to the creator’s Skill plus the number of Successes rolled.
Popular
As a Full Round Action, a character may use the artistic work to augment a Social Roll made on another. This requires the expenditure of 1 Essence. The character gains a number of Additional Successes on their Social Roll equal to the Potency of the artistic work. This may be done a number of times in a Scene equal to the Successes of the work. The Resource value of the artistic piece is equal to the creator’s Skill plus the number of Successes rolled.
