Field of Clairsentience

A character who studies the Field of Clairsentience attunes themselves to the ebb and flow of essence that moves between the various realms that touch upon Creation. Most who study this field expand their awareness, becoming in harmony with the otherworldly energies which brush upon Creation, allowing the psychic to see beyond, expanding their perceptions to gain wisdom.

The most common philosophy associated with this Field involves refining their spirit to help gain the Perfect Soul. To do this involves unravelling the mysteries that lay beyond Creation, as part of the search for two things which are said to aid in refining the Perfect Soul - Universal Truth, and Divine Wisdom. These two things mean different things to different people, but once discovered, and their enigmas unravelled, it is said that the psychic can perfect their spirit, becoming part of the greater mystery of Creation.

  • Action: Instant
  • Cost: 1 Essence per +1 Additional Success
  • Duration: Scene

The character can augment a specific aspect of their Spiritual Attribute. The player chooses a specific aspect, such as Spiritual resolve, stability, or awareness. Any roll using the character’s Spiritual Attribute in a manner consistent with this aspect gains this bonus. The character can not spend more than (Mastery) Essence.

Stable Soul

  • Requires: Growth 4
  • Action: Free
  • Cost: 1 Essence per -1 Potency
  • Duration: Immediate

The character can reduce a Poison/Disease's Potency by (Essence) Ranks as it affects them. This can only be done as the Poison/Disease is applied, not after it has taken root. The character can not spend more than (Mastery) Essence.

Spiritual Attunement

  • Requires: Growth 7
  • Action: Full Round
  • Cost: 2 Essence per +1 Die
  • Duration: Scene

The character can augment a specific aspect of their Spiritual Attribute. The player chooses a specific aspect, such as Spiritual resolve, stability, or awareness. Any roll using the character’s spiritual Attribute in a manner consistent with this aspect gains this bonus. The character can not spend more than (Mastery) Essence. This Discipline may be combined with Strengthen Spirit.
